Dr Mike Jones is an experienced archivist, consultant, researcher and historian with a focus on producing and maintaining effective collections-based knowledge. His diverse experience involves work across the GLAM sector (galleries, libraries, archives and museums), and on records, data, and knowledge management projects.

He has worked with governments and a range of community organisations, consulting and providing training and expert advice as part of digital, archival, collections, and knowledge management initiatives, and preparing significance assessments, reports, and recommendations to support strategic planning and organisational capability development activities.
